METAL DECKING
Indue’s metal deck solution is used to cure your current diamond plate decking impurities. This could include a deck not up to USDA standard, leaking water, has rusted or that has an improperly coated epoxy flooring existing.
Step 1
First we rid the deck of dust, debris and existing coatings by mechanically prepping the surface with our shot blaster which blasts steel shot at the diamond plate giving a clean profile. The expanded metal is then welded to form and cover the decking surface.
Step 2
We then encase the expanded metal in our Indu-Crete MT system and broadcast the aggregate until rejection to produce the desired texture.
Step 3
After a 12 hour curing period, our Indu-UTC topcoat is applied.

Our urethane top coat not only adds additional aesthetic appeal and makes the floor easier to clean, it extends the service life of your floor by sealing in the non-skid aggregate, increasing resistance to mechanical wear, and providing UV stability - keeping your floor looking better, longer.
