Vegetable Processing Brine Pit

Problem:

The brine pit at a vegetable processing plant was severely deteriorated from exposure to the brine liquid. The tanks were removed and an application of Indu-Poxy™ 200XT was applied

Solution:

A combination of jackhammering and diamond grinding was used to prep the surface. After degreasing the area a form was built to re-form the 4” step inside of the pit. 200XT was applied and provides the necessary chemical resistance to prevent any further deterioration.
