Supplement Manufacturing Facility
Problem:
The constant use of heavy, steel-wheeled carts up to 1,200 lbs. had deteriorated the surface. This in combination of constant wash-downs with industrial cleaning chemicals has caused multiple failures of different types of coatings.
Solution:
Indue was able to remove an average of ½” of coatings by using a Shavemaster®. This is a machine that cuts a 13” path and removes ¼” of surface per pass. We then flushed the area with water, degreased, flushed again and dried the floor. The next day we hand troweled a coating of Indu-Crete™.
