Pork Processing Facility

Problem:

This facility runs 24 hours a day with heavy-duty forklift traffic hauling steel legged bins that weigh 2,000 lbs when full. These get dragged across the floor all day long. This abuse combined with steam cleaning had degraded the current epoxy coatings.

Solution:

A combination of diamond grinding and jackhammering is a typical way that we’ll prep the floor. After washing, degreasing and drying the floor a coating of Indu-Crete™ is installed.
