Dairy CIP

Problem:

The chemical storage area for a milk processing CIP gets constant exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals and hot water. Multiple coatings had failed to fix the problem

Solution:

Prep the surface by manually removing all existing coatings. A combination of jackhammering and diamond blade grinding did the job. We then degreased, flushed thoroughly and dried. Indue then hand troweled a ½” coating of Indu-Crete™.
